ART ON THE ROOF
Sunday 22nd July, 10.00am
We're offering aspiring artists the chance to take inspiration from the iconic City of London skyline!
We've teamed up with urban landscape artist Daniel Preece to host an art class on our stunning roof terrace with spectacular views of St Paul’s Cathedral.
Preece, a former Artist in Residence at Kensington Palace, will take full advantage of the majestic dome of St Paul’s Cathedral to share tips and techniques on using pencil and charcoal to capture London’s historic cityscape in this exclusive class raising money for The Prince’s Trust.
During the two-hour class, Daniel will provide an insight on sketching, such as how to perfect scale, shading and contouring. He will also provide a lesson on how to recreate mood and lighting of the same cityscape
The cost of this unique art class is £20, payable on arrival, with all proceeds going to The Prince’s Trust, our charity partner. If you’re just starting out, don’t worry – all art materials will be provided!
Places for the art class are limited to 20 people so book now!
